FAQ

What should I wear?

Wear what’s comfortable. You’ll be draped appropriately at all times; communication about comfort and pressure is always welcome.

Is massage right after an injury okay?

Often yes and techniques are adjusted based on stage of healing. If you’re under medical care, bring any guidance you’ve received.

Do you work with auto-accident cases?

When clinically indicated, massage may be integrated into your plan of care. We’ll guide you on next steps at your visit.

In an Auto Accident? Massage Can Help

After a crash, pain can be delayed for 24–72 hours. Massage therapy helps calm the nervous system, reduce muscle guarding, and restore comfortable motion while your body heals.

  • Ease whiplash tension: Gentle cervical and upper-back work reduces guarding and headaches.
  • Reduce inflammation & swelling: Light lymphatic techniques support fluid movement early on.
  • Improve range of motion: Targeted soft-tissue work frees restricted fascia and muscle adhesions.
  • Support recovery & sleep: Parasympathetic-focused techniques lower stress so your body can repair.
  • Progress safely: We start gentle and build as tissues tolerate—coordinating with your chiropractic care.

No cost to you: We can bill auto insurance (PIP). In many cases there’s no out-of-pocket cost at the time of service—we’ll verify your benefits.
